Two of the most common searches we see are for an NBI branch at SM Mall of Asia and an NBI branch in San Juan City. Here’s the honest answer, since branch networks shift often and we’d rather send you to the right place than waste your trip:
NBI MOA: As of this writing, there is no confirmed, currently listed NBI Clearance counter inside SM Mall of Asia itself. Pasay-area and Bay City applicants are typically directed to the NBI Main Office in Manila or the Las Piñas / Muntinlupa branches above, depending on appointment availability. Always check the branch dropdown in the official NBI Clearance Online portal when booking — if “MOA” doesn’t appear as an option, it means that satellite location isn’t currently active.
NBI San Juan: We could not confirm a dedicated walk-in NBI Clearance Center located within San Juan City itself. San Juan residents generally book the nearest active branch instead — most commonly Mandaluyong (Maysilo Circle) or the MRT Cubao branch in Quezon City, both a short ride away.
